We partnered with Molenbergnatie to develop an advanced container unloading solution for jute bags filled with green coffee beans. This innovative system incorporates the Copal C2 combined with a palletizing robot and automated pallet handling, creating an efficient and streamlined process for unloading coffee from containers. Based on actual data, this installation realistically allows for unloading a 20ft container (approximately 300 bags) within an hour.

• Container Unloading Solution: Designed specifically for handling jute bags filled with coffee beans, ensuring a smooth and efficient unloading process.
• Copal C2 with Palletizing Robot: The integration of the Copal C2 and a palletizing robot allows for seamless palletizing and handling of the coffee bags.
• Automated Pallet Handling: Enhances efficiency by automating the handling and movement of pallets, reducing manual labor and increasing throughput.
• Minimal Operator Requirement: Only one operator is needed to unload a 20ft container of coffee, significantly reducing labor costs and increasing operational efficiency.
• Weighing and Sampling Included: The system includes weighing and sampling capabilities, providing accurate reporting and quality control for the coffee beans.
• Dual Dock Unloading: The C2 can unload containers from two different docks. This makes the process even more efficient, as the next container can be prepared in advance. The C2 only needs to move sideways to the other dock to start unloading the next container.
