The patented PullPlate ensures that all the products from the container are handled quickly and efficiently by use of vacuum force.
By pulling the boxes with the suction cups onto the support of the PullPlate, the products are supported during further manipulation. This makes this gripper especially suited to handle various types of boxes and trays.
The PullPlate will be positioned by means of a joystick using a laser guidance. This laser points out the position where the PullPlate needs to be in order to lift the top row and ensures that the underlying products stay in place.
A lifting cylinder in the suction cup section ensures that the top row of boxes is lifted while being pulled onto the plate. Once on the plate the boxes are automatically transferred to the telescopic belt and deposited for further processing.
