On Wednesday, July 22, 2015, the world market launch of the ‘Bags handling line’, was organized by Copal Handling Systems, in close cooperation with Symach B.V. and Wemo-Techniek. This specially designed solution was demonstrated exclusively to a select group of invited guests.
The bags handling line unloads jute bags from containers effortlessly, detects humidity, takes samples of the content and automatically palletizes the bags with a high stacking quality. Next to that, rejected bags, due to humidity or damage, will be automatically separated from the line. This is a unique and innovative solution for a well-known worldwide problem: heavy physical work when unloading and palletizing bags out of containers.
The bags handling line is operated by just one employee, which ensures process optimization, reduces operation costs and increases productivity.
