BOUPAL demorun
The BOUPAL system can be placed behind the Copal C2 Container Unloader. The BOUPAL can handle carton boxes or trays even when they are not positioned per equally oriented row. The goods are scanned and twisted according to a predefined orientation in the Box Orientation Unit. After that, they can be sorted and palletized.
Unloading reefer containers at Frigo 's-Heerenberg
Our Copal C2 Container Unloader has been installed in the cooling warehouse of Frigo. The C2 machine is working in an ambient temperature of ± 8° and is unloading the reefer containers with different kinds of frozen foods semi automatically.
De-palletizing and singulating trays with cans
Sometimes goods have to be de-palletized in order to be floor loaded in a container or re-stacked on another pallet size. A Copal de-palletizer can do this for various kinds of goods. On this video you can see how trays with cans are de-palletized and singulated. The individual trays are sent to a Copal Boupal palletizer for restacking on another pallet size. The de-palletizer is fast enough to keep up with two palletizers simultaneously.

Copal in the news in Germany
We recently demonstrated our ergonomic C2 Mobile container unloading system at the Coteca show in Hamburg. The Coteca is Europe's leading trade fair for the coffee, tea and cocoa industry. With our innovative mobile system we can strip containers with loose loosed jute bags with coffee or cocoa beans without physical effort of employees. Also journalists from the north-German television station NDR showed their interest in our product and the interview with Copal was even presented at the NDR Hamburg news!
Container unloading with the Copal C2 Container Unloader
Floor loaded carton boxes and bags are unloaded from containers at high speed by the C2 container unloader from Copal Handling Systems. The Copal system can be used in every logistics centre where standard and high cube containers are unloaded. The machine can be directly connected to the internal logistics system. Manual sorting and palletizing is of course also possible, as shown on this video.

The Copal C2 Container Unloader for bags and bales unloads containers with bags and bales automatically without any physical effort. The bags and bales are picked up by a so called Spidergripper.
Unloading carton boxes with the Copal C2
Loose stacked boxes are unloaded from containers at high speed by the Copal C2. The products are placed onto a conveyor belt which feeds the product to a telescopic conveyor belt.
The patented Pullplate ensures that all the products from the container are handled quickly and efficiently by use of vacuum force.
