Box orientation & palletizing system

BOUPAL

Copal Handling Systems has developed a unique robotic system to orientate and palletize carton boxes and trays.

This system can be placed behind the Copal C2 Container Unloader. The BOUPAL from Copal can handle cartons or trays even when they are not positioned per equally oriented row, other than traditional palletizing systems. The goods are scanned and twisted according to a predefined orientation in the Box Orientation Unit. After that, they can be sorted and palletized on 1 or 2 pallet places.
